AVAILABILITY TO PURCHASE IN OMNI-CHANNEL RETAIL

Daniel has been engaged with Procter & Gamble and the Grocery Manufacturers of America (GMA) in a multi-year study on Availability to Purchase in Omni-Channel Retail.

Together with his long time co-author Prof. Tom Gruen of University of New Hampshire, he surveyed more than 70 online retailers in the U.S, UK, France, Germany, Japan and China.

The report scheduled for publication at the end of 2017 is a sequel in the research team’s long term collaboration with Procter & Gamble and GMA that led to two 'iconic' studies:.
